OPEN MIC THURSDAYS continue. Join us in the Yerba Buena Gardens from 4-6 pm PDT for an All-Star edition of the MoAD Open Mic series. Launched in April 2018, MoAD Open Mic has been a platform for stellar poets and artists from around the Bay Area and beyond. In celebration of the last three years of Open Mic poetry, join host Nia McAllister for an evening of spoken word showcasing a phenomenal lineup of past featured poets.
Featured poets include: Daniel B. Summerhill, Darius Simpson, Donté Clark, James Cagney, Jeanne Powell, Landon Smith, Lyn Patterson, Maud Alcorn, Tayleur Crenshaw, Teju Adisa-Farrar, Reggie Edmonds, Wanda Sabir, and Yeva Johnson.
