A conversation with MoAD's Emerging Artists & previous jurors, moderated by Elena Gross, MoAD's Director of Exhibitions & Curatorial Affairs .
Through the Emerging Artists Program (EAP), MoAD is committed to providing local artists the opportunities to generate and exhibit work reflecting the cultural and artistic richness of the African Diaspora. The EAP is a call for artists to submit a solo exhibition proposal of their work. Competitive proposals will present innovative artwork to activate the salon space. This multipurpose space is the heart of the museum where we hold public programs, education workshops, and events.
Join this members-only event for a conversation with previous awardees and jurors of MoAD's Emerging Artist Program and Elena Gross on their experience of being part of the program, what else the artists have been doing since receiving the award, and how the EAP has influenced their practice.
