Xavier Brown and Akil Riley of Oakland, both 19 years old, planned a gathering that went viral and brought 15,000 people together through the streets of Oakland. In the same week, Simone Jacques of San Francisco, just 17 years old, organized an even larger protest in the Mission District. These inspiring youth will be in conversation with Veronica Garcia, who works with youth initiatives at the San Francisco Human Rights Commission.
